Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

  • Heat oil to 500 degrees or until it “moves”.
  • Add all flour to oil at once and stir like hell, scraping the bottom on the pan, until the mixture turns dark brown.
  • It will go through three stages: solid, runny and smooth.
